The suggested polybenzoxine@ZrO2 nanocomposite surfaces' excellent anticorrosive feature opens in novel avenues for the creation of high action non-corrosive coatings variety sectors. conclusion mild steel was decreased as a consequence accumulation PBz-wrapped ZrO2 nanoparticles to PU coating because they prevented charge transfer at metal/electrolyte interface. TGA proves that copolymer matrix's thermodynamic endurance has risen result NP addition. EIS findings demonstrated coated PU/PBz@ZrO2 nanoparticles' exceptional corrosion prevention ability. According results TEM/EDX analysis, products form metal electrolyte interface function an inactive slows down breakdown metals. Because and PBz work together harmony, adding polybenzoxazine enhanced polyurethane film strengthens its barrier mechanical features.
